GENOMICS PROTEOMICS

Olink Technology

This is a proteonomics analysis technique based on Biomark HD hardware solutions and Olink diagnostic kits.

It enables protein analyses performed using antibody kits labeled with DNA sequences. The technology uses tissue material, blood and body fluids, as well as those derived from cell cultures.

Currently, analytical panels dedicated to the following areas are available:

Technology Biomark HD

This is a high-throughput genomic and proteomic analysis technology based on integrated fluidic circuits (IFCs) solutions.


It enables the automation of molecular biology analyses in nanoliter volumes.

The use of nanoliter volumes for assays, reduces sample volume, the amount of reagents consumed, significantly shortens the time of analyses performed, and makes it possible to obtain consistent analyses of complex panels of genetic and protein markers.

 

General applications:

  • Gene expression analyses

  • Genotyping

  • Digital PCR

  • Sample identification

  • Quantitative protein analysis - Olink-based proteomic analysis

  • The technology is based on the same assumptions as PCR, so it works with a wide range of chemistries and primers/probes
